Steve is certified by the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach. His background in coaching people and organizations comes from his 36 years of experience working with professionals, parents, children and youth in behavioral health settings.
He served as the Director of Quality Assurance at KidsPeace, where he managed Joint Commission Accreditation and performance improvement for 20 years.
Steve coached the KidsPeace Leadership Academy, providing organizational and individual coaching.
He is a decorated Vietnam veteran, a Licensed Psychologist, and has practiced yoga and meditation since 1971.
